[Sca-cooks] Saffron

I try to purchase only Spanish saffron, for personal reasons, and these are some of the sources I have used in the past with good results.

The stuff on saffron.com is Iranian at $149.95 an oz.

But Saffron.com (or theposter.com same site) has the best price.
And I can also order some dried chanterelles for the Chanterelle Mousseline
for New Years and three types of vanilla.
Now if I can find a good price on Truffles, Fois and lobster I will have New
Year's under control!
