Yay! And, man-o-man, do i have cheese! brought back from Wisconsin 
(yeah, i still need to give my report, "What i did on my summer 
vacation"

I've managed to finish off the Baby Swiss made of milk from Swiss 
Braun cows, and the award winning Butterkase, and the baked Finnish 
cheese. But i've still got a LOT of cheese left.

Mmm-mmm-mmm savory toasted cheese weekend! Gotta get some sparrow grass...
