I knew I would get stuff wrong, so here is the correction.
The small pavilion for Konrads vigil and tables were loaned by Lady Fiadnata, the large hospitality pavilion and chairs were loaned by Master Brusten, Master Phil the Pilgrim provided transportation for the stuff packed in the trailer.
