Ordinarily, yes, something very close to that, but in this case, I was  
referring to the stuff commercial bread crumbs are sometimes made of,  
which has been known to be sort of rusk-like. Not that we ever see the  
stuff before it gets ground up, so how would most people know and why  
would they care.

I suppose technically, yes, it's made of dough, possibly leavened, and  
baked and could be said to be bread, but not what most people would  
think of if you said "bread". Probably looks more like dog biscuits.
