*Only* 20 pounds? I remember peeling and chopping a 25 lb bag of
onions for a feast long ago, and that was only one dish.
That feast was also notable for having sugar in nearly every dish.
And for not having the time/ energy to clean up, so they put the
dishes into storage dirty... and they were found that way when the
next head cook needed them.
