[Sca-cooks] Herbs & Spices in Viandier

As previously mentioned, i'm putting together lists of herb and spice 
names in their original languages. So i'm going through cookbooks 
looking for those words. And i'll be bugging this list from time to 
time...

Currently i'm looking over the various Viandier mss on Thomas 
Gloning's site. I've found a couple words on which i'd like some 
clarification or opinions in the following:

nois muguetez -and- noys muguetez - is this nutmeg? (modernly 
"muguet" is lily of the valley)

masit -and- massis - is this mace?

Or have such individual lists already been made and i missed them?
