[Sca-cooks] National Savory Toasted Cheese Day

What the heck, let's make it all weekend.  I have a house full of cheese 
for the "Let's drink and sing and not schlep out in the hot sun and 
smoke" weekend house party.

Actually, I want to serve pizza as my father has been making it lately:  
paper-thin Lavash bread from the area Armenian groceries, with cheese, 
vine ripened cherry tomatoes, garlic of course and whatever additional 
toppings desired.
