How do you bake bread in these? Do you do it over coals? Are the coals raked to one side? Or do you use this like a mass oven, heating up the oven first, removing the coals/fire and then putting in the bread to bake?
You are talking about baking bread from raw dough, right? Not simply warming up bread such as in making "garlic" bread.
