OOh, I just thought of one not on that list... Disney's latest animated 
feature, THE PRINCESS AND THE FROG.  "Princess" Tiana was an aspiring 
restauraunteuse in a time and place where it would be difficult for her 
to acquire and run her own place, but her hard work and tenacity earned 
her her dream.  I shall have to submit it to GASTRONIMICA for their list 
of updates to this article.
