I'll be teaching a couple of classes: Period Non-Alcoholic Drinks and Feast Design. While visiting we also plan on making sure we get a Chicago Hot Dog and some deep-dish pizza. I was hoping to go to Fronteria Grill but I've heard very mixed reviews on it so we might check out a nice French Bistro. Gunthar
