[Sca-cooks] Bronze Cookware

The food prepared in the Tudor kitchens is never eaten by the
public. The cooks normally prepare a table and sit for a meal late in  
the day, but
only the cooks eat at the meal.
I can remember seeing them cook in John Hudson's clay pottery. They  
use the spit quite
a bit for roasting. I've seen bronze mortar and pestles used.
I know they have extensive bronze and copper pieces for show at HCP  
and I wonder if they have their bronze cooking pieces tinned.
