I don't grill outside when the heat index is over 100, but I will
grill in January when it's freezing with snow on the ground. I went
with a Weber gas grill when we moved here and haven't regretted it.
It's quicker and I don't have to wait for the warm-up or keep charcoal
around. I do plan to buy medium Big Green Egg one of these days or
get a smoker. But not right now.
