[Sca-cooks] OOP: What are they teaching are kids?

Not uncommon for a cook's job interview to be "Cook me an omelet".  
I pity the cooking school grads who come out with the impression that they
are now chefs, and for the ones that get to the interview and can't cook
those eggs!

Weird...I believe that, in France, that's a test (poaching an egg) is one of
the tests one has to pass to get out of school!  And...on the recent program
on Bravo, Cooks Academy, that was the test (cooking an egg) to get in!
