Ranvaig! oooo!!! Let me know how it goes. I so miss having Skyr. Ate it while I was pregnant with my son and it became a craving and living in Iceland. Now, it is just an addiction.

I was shopping at Jungle Jim's in Cincinatti and brought home a 
serving of skyr.  I'm going to try using part of it as a starter.
