This isn't such a question, because both takoyaki and aebleskiver pans
are highly specialized - you won't find more than a couple brands
available. As far as I know for aebleskiver, you have a choice of
Lodge (cast-iron), Norpro and Nordicware. I don't like the Norpro pan,
the wells are shallow and kind of dish-shaped so you don't get the
whole pancake-ball effect. Nordicware and Lodge are kind of a toss-up,
depending on what your preference is.
