[Sca-cooks] Epulario 1517

No work away but it is mostly a re-hash of Martino.
The interesting thing would be a comparison of all the Epulario sources that
are out there. 
I think there are more interesting ones to translate if you are going to all
that work. 
Westbury's handlist has hundreds.
