[Sca-cooks] Questions on coffee

A book called Swedish Ways. by (last name) Linne (accent on the last e) on page 125.
The History of Coffee.... (big book...don't have author's name)
King Charles Gustav  personal physician prescribed it as a "remedy...."
In Scandinavia coffee is like the national beverage..... it is served with just about everything.... Even in Finmark and Lapaland recipes there will be at least one receipe with coffee in it.
