[Sca-cooks] freezing flat bread

I'll be trying the freezing process this weekend.  Will do a couple
variations and then freeze & test thaw.  Thanks for the suggestion.
They need to be as simple as possible for the Cook as she is already
up to her ears.  I'm hoping fully cooked will be ok.
