yes but butter tastes yummy!
I like both fried eggs (my favorite way is over a bed of fresh hot rice) and
poached although you have to be careful with poached eggs that you don't add
too much vinegar to the water.  I have little silicone cups that I put the
eggs into in the water - it helps keep them together and they're easier to
fish out.
