[Sca-cooks] Waffling

We stopped at a few farmers' markets to see what they had
while on our trip. There was a food vendor's truck leaving the one
market. It sold fresh Belgian sugar waffles. I copied down the web  
address
and just looked it up.

Waffles of this type seem to be in. Sitting in my mailbox yesterday  
was a
King Arthur Flour email titled "Start waffling!"
