[Sca-cooks] Janet yellow

Frustrated! Janet is supossed to be yellow. I supose saffron should be 
added. Anyway I want to make one of the Nola recipes yellow but tongue 
is in check. I am not sure how to instruct a friend where to add it, how 
long to boil it. . . . I can do this on my own but I don't know how to 
tell him or her.
