So what other items did folks make out of the ingredients?  I'd love to hear more about what was done, especially with the trickier items. I might have something in the Florilegium on pig trotters, but I don't know. I'd like to hear more about what worked, and maybe more important, what didn't work.

Was anyone on this list on one of the teams?

And for anyone here, what would *you* make given a couple of pig feet? Preferably, what period recipe? I have seen pig feet in my grocery store. However, so far I can still afford to buy better meat cuts...
