I found it this way:


I have a library not far from the place where I live which gives me access to 
EEBO.


First, I transcribed the recipe from the EEBO pdf file.


Then I googled the ancient spelling title and found the whole text.


I guess one might do this more often, who knows what texts are still out there 
and nobody knows.
