Since I tend to learn things by looking a pictures, my visual brain is
prompting me to work on the illustrations from "Schachtafel der
Gesundheyt".  It is a German translation of Ibn Butlan's Taqwo, as =
sihha, which was translated into latin as Tacuinium sanitatis.

True to the earlier manuscripts, the Schachtafel is illustrated.  It
particularly has many images of food.  Interestingly some of the dishes
seem foreign to the German table, but I certainly don't know for sure.  I
was wondering if folk would take a look and see if they recognize any of
the oddball words I can't find in the German dictionaries.

I don't have all the illustrations done yet, but if you want to see my
first draft tries at identification and give me some feedback, it would be

I'd also be interested in if there are any printed latin versions out
there on the net?

The strange name list - please help if you know of something similar and
bear in mind I may have not exactly have transcribed it correctly either.
