[Sca-cooks] Non-dairy white sauce

Actually, my book on wild edibles mentions using flour from a variety of
available sources:  lambsquarter seeds, various kinds of pollen, sunflower
seeds (ground), and lots more.  Perhaps if you have some of these growing in
the backyard....
