Let me assure you, Cariadoc, that everything Madhavi is doing is as period
as she can possibly make it.  She owns a copy of the Nimatnama, and has
spent countless hours researching.  This will be an experience of
exceptional quality for all who are lucky enough to participate.

It sounds impressive.

I couldn't readily tell from the site whether all of the recipes are 
from the Nimatnama, or a mix of those and modern Indian recipes that 
could be period. If the former, you, or someone, has done a lot of 
work. I've done a few Nimatnama recipes, but only a few.
