[Sca-cooks] Top Chef?

I saw it (or most of it) - The players on these shows get more outrageous
each season because the networks have to drum up the drama.

I was floored with "I've made it hundreds of times" (the chicken liver girl)
yet when pushed by Tom she admitted she did not have the recipe memorized.
Now if I make something "100's of times" I think I'm gonna remember how to
make it.
