I tried to send this before, and accidentally included the entire digest, so
it wouldn't post.  Let's try this again.

There is a new book of traditional Irish recipes, entitled "Forgotten Skills
of Cooking" by Darina Allen, well-known cook of Irish food, teacher, runner
of a B&B, and cookbook author.  It has lotsa strange things in it, like
grouse....

I'll have'em at Pennsic, probably.
