Ingredients
1 Tbl Olive Oil
1 smalln white onion
3 garlic cloves
2 tblspns dry white wine
1/3 cup unsalted raw cashews
? cup silken tofu, drained
2 tblspns nutritional yeast
1 ? cups plain unsweetened soy milk
? teaspn salt
2 tblspns minced fresh parsley (for garnish) >>>

Some of the fractions didn't come through. Can you tell me how much silken tofu , soy milk and salt are needed for this recipe?

I've passed this on to some folks in my barony and apparently the Ansteorra Queen also has problem with gluten.
