Cariadoc,

Thank you. Every single one of these dishes are from the Nimatnama, though a
few are anecdotal. The hardest part of creating this menu was narrowing down
all the dishes I *wanted* to cook to a manageable (and affordable) list, I
could easily do all of the meals for an entire event out of this manuscript.

It sounds impressive.

I couldn't readily tell from the site whether all of the recipes are 
from the Nimatnama, or a mix of those and modern Indian recipes that 
could be period. If the former, you, or someone, has done a lot of 
work. I've done a few Nimatnama recipes, but only a few.
