There is a cake that uses hazelnut meal for have the flour and when you take
it out of the oven when it's done baking you pour warmed marmalade over it
and let it cool. Sometimes you can put chopped hazelnuts in the marmalade so
that you you have nuts on top of the cake with the marmalade helping them
stick to the cake.
