I don't think you can just lose est in this format. Capsa frigorifica is 
first declension, so, handily enough, the ablative is 'capsa 
frigorifica'.  The verb forms are <Debeo> (present indicative, I must) 
<videre> (infinitive, to look) and <est> (present indicative, is).
