Connor and I have been awarded the bid for al-Barran 
Midwinter (Outlands).  The theme will be late Roman (which 
gives a large spread for personae... Byzantine, 
Romano-Celt, Britain, Germanic and of course, Roman). 
 He's the autocrat and I am the feast steward.

It's a pretty big event, usually feeding 350 or so, and 
with me around, dinner AND a show is always a great 
possibility.

Guess all that research paid off... not to mention putting 
some of the food in Baronial A and S competition to see 
how it might fly.

Oh, Bear.... whatcha doin' this winter.......
