[Sca-cooks] Sometimes there are good articles about medieval food

This is an old article (nearly 8 years old), but I thought I'd share
it as a partial antidote to the recent unsavory one.  It was published
in the Star-Ledger, which is a major daily newspaper for northern New
Jersey.
