 From what I've read, it's a little one woman advertising vehicle and 
her advertisers have been burned.  She apparently "liberated" all of 
the content, her sources are aware of it now and contemplating 
lawyers.  I think the magazine is dead, unless internet notoriety 
somehow gives it new life.
