[Sca-cooks] Mushroom Paella

Feast will probably be for between 50 and 75 depending on how many
reservations they get.  All reservations must be made in advance, by
December 3d, no feast reservations will be sold at the door.

It seems the menu has already been worked out.  There have been a few
modifications but for the most part it is done.  I believe the mushroom
paella is intended to be the vegetarian option for that particular course.
