Uh.....I actually have beaver recipes but not from medieval sources.....but rather from the arctic - but because of the ties between the arctic, the Roman Catholic Church and the Hudson Bay Company and fur traders it may provide a way to search backwards per se. If anyone is interested let me know and I will try to put the recipes in
