Might I recommend sites.google.com. This is a new service provided by google, 
with an easy to use content management tool (at least I thought it was).

Greetings!  This is to let you know that I have taken down my website which was 
at home.netcom.com/~alysk/ .  It's been hacked several times with javascript 
inserted into several places.  If you are using my website as a reference (which 
I've seen recently in someone's articles), you might want to delete it.  I'm 
hoping to get another site, but it won't be for a little bit.
