I believe you will find that Milham published a translation derived from 
multiple texts of Apicius in 1969.  Her papers on the text and its language 
are considerable and really useful if you can get access.

Yes, we did, but, IIRC, we were discussing barley water and didn't really 
touch on the Apician usage.
