[Sca-cooks] Middle Kingdom Cooks Collegium

It was an incredible collegium this year and an outstanding turnout.
Each year the event gets bigger. This year, participants from 4
kingdoms attended (Midrealm, Northshield, Atlantia, and Ansteorra).
The classes ranged from food safety, to logistics, feast stewardship,
New World cookery, Ivan Day, cooking in the field, etc. etc.

Let me tell you, the potluck was incredible! There was such an
assortment of meat dishes, cheeses, desserts, breads, non-alcoholic
beverages, and a few token vegetables. :)

There will be Collegium proceedings available once the teachers get
their articles/handouts and SCA publication release forms to Master
Philip.
