[Sca-cooks] Where does the "remove" error come from?

Another interesting SCA-ism is "vintning." Where did that come from?
The way we use it in the SCA would be better met by "vintaging." I
think it is fascinating the way language changes over time. When I
first looked vintning up online, all of the hits I got were
SCA-related. Now, there are roughly equal numbers of non-SCA and SCA
hits when I run a search on Google. It seems to have escaped into the
wild.
