[Sca-cooks] Frozen pomegranate jewels

I'm confused.  Is this event taking place in a state owned facility?  What
is their rationale?  How do they plan to enforce?  Just curious how they
think they have the authority to require this if the event is happening at a
private location.

My first thought was this is like telling you you can't bring a pot of stew
to your Aunt Marthas.
