I taught a class on the Ryori Monogotari and the history of Japanese
cuisine. I had one of the largest classes I've ever had, and we had a
wonderful interactive discussion. I believe my class outline and
bibliography will be part of the proceedings. It was a wonderful event and
one that added to my knowledge in a number of areas. And, as others have
said, there was SO much incredible food at the pot-luck dinner!
