It is on the Cooking Channel, and I think it is a hoot! 
 Seems like the gal doing it is not only a "piece of work" 
but seems to know her food as well.

Hope it stays on for a while, and isn't just a one trick 
pony.  It is on Wednesdays and Saturdays (repeat).
