in case you missed it-
A federal trial has begun in Chicago to determine claims as to which hot dog brand may
have committed false advertising. It's Oscar Mayer versus Ball Park Franks and it's a federal case.
Kraft now owns Oscar Mayer and Sara Lee owns Ball Park, so it's one food giant versus the other.
