I got Peter Brears' Cooking and Dining in Medieval England, that I've heard do much about for so long, and the Santanich Book of Sent Sovi... I mostly have English and French sources, and now there are all these interesting Iberians!

oh! the Mucha calendar has several ads for food items, 8-)  Interesting, had to resort to teh google! This is Pomegranate W470, June is "G. Daverio Zurich" --  he was a major flour milling operation, made some technical improvements. Sept is Cognac biscuit. Nov is a pair of Moet et Chandon champagnes. 

Got lots nice else, Snuff, filling in Usagi's, etc.
