Maison Rustique is fine for a source. The English translation was  
worked on by Gervase Markham.   Estienne’s Latin work Praedium  
Rusticum, was translated into French to become the very popular  
L’Agriculture et Maison Rustique in 1564, which was published by the  
Christophe Plantin or Christoffel Plantijn Press in Antwerp in 1565.
