In the end no one sent me a copy of the sca mail with all the postings 
on the subject so it has been a long day with the cat deleting all my 
mails while he snored so peacefully on my keyboard on such a languid 
spring day!
I made the chicken in the recipe for my blog "ast" for dinner tonight 
which will be published tomorrow. It is truly my adaption from Sent 
Sovi. The family really liked it - perhaps being almost summer it was 
fun to have a fire outside:
