Thanks for pictures and the video. I was thinking from the descriptions that it was the curved knife with a horizontal handle at each end of the arc, instead of a sharper arc with the handle in the middle above the center of arc.

This might be useful for chopping herbs. I find cutting up herbs or vegetable pieces to be boring and a pain with a regular knife and I tend to get more mush than chopped if I try the food processor.
