One is; Buckeye Cookery, 1st edition, 1880.

One other is; American cookery, Amelia Simmons Historic cookbook 1796

And I am prety sure the other is; The Art of Cookery made plain and easy, Hanna 
Glasse 1776

They had recipes to make Citron out of watermelon rind in them.  I don't have 
them here but if your interested I will find them again and post.
